2 best moments of the 2022 Giants season
The New York Giants regular season has left many fond memories for fans.
As they prepare for a big Wild Card game against the Minnesota Vikings, it’s good to reflect on what ended up being a successful year.
It’s hard to narrow down the choices for the best times, but a few stand out.
Here are the two best moments from the Giants’ 2022-23 regular season.
2. Week 1 Victory
The Giants started the year strong, coming home with a 21-20 victory over the Tennessee Titans.

While getting a win is always special, getting it on a two-pointer with one minute left in the game is even more important.
That set the tone for the Giants this season.
It showed head coach Brian Daboll was ready to make tough decisions with the game on the line.
Although it dates back to Week 1, it provided the momentum the Giants needed to stage this successful year.
1. Giants defeat Commanders on the other hand
With massive playoff implications, the Giants traveled to Washington to take on the Commanders in Week 15.
What followed was a breakout performance from Kayvon Thibodeaux that helped propel the Giants to a 20-12 victory.

In front of a Sunday Night Football crowd, the Giants seized the opportunity.
Thibodeaux in particular upped his game, coming away with a strip sack which he recovered for a touchdown.
It was a classic division rivalry game that was weak and intense, but the Giants managed to hold on to the win.
Victory didn’t necessarily clinch a playoff berth, but it was when the playoffs started to feel like a real possibility for Giants fans.
