Chelsea return Andrey Santos to Vasco da Gama on loan after work permit issues
Helsea have returned January signing Andrey Santos to Vasco da Gama on loan after failing to secure a work permit for the 18-year-old.

The club will be hoping Santos will continue to develop at his boyhood club before they can fully integrate him into the first team during the club’s planned pre-season tour of America in the summer.
A club statement read: “Andrey Santos returns to Brazil, joining his former club Vasco da Gama on loan.
“The 18-year-old midfielder signed for Chelsea in January from his boyhood club, which he helped rise to the top flight last year. He now has the opportunity to develop further at this level.
“Since joining Chelsea, Santos has won a triumph on the international stage. Brazil won the South American Under-20 Championship and he scored in the final against Uruguay. team, Santos was the tournament’s top scorer with six goals.
“We wish Andrey to play in the Brazilian Serie A.”
