Kelly Osbourne Says ‘It’s Nobody’s Place But Mine’ After Mom Sharon Reveals Her Newborn Son’s Name
Kelly Osbourne has released a statement about her newborn son’s privacy – after mum Sharon Osbourne confirmed she had given birth and revealed his name in a TV interview.
Sharing a post on her Instagram stories, osbourne – who is the daughter of Sharon and the singer of Black Sabbath Ozzy Osbourne – said she was “not ready” to share her baby details.
It comes after the old X factor Judge Sharon was asked about her grandchildren and recent birth during a segment on US channel TalkTV, and said Kelly and her son are doing “so well”.
“She won’t let an image out of her, and I’m so proud of her,” she said. She also revealed the baby’s name.
Posting to her Instagram story, apparently in response to her mother’s interview, Kelly Osbourne wrote, “I’m not ready to share this with the world.
“It’s no one’s place but mine to share information about my baby.”
It is understood Kelly shares the child with her boyfriend, 45-year-old Slipknot star Sid Wilson.
She shared news of her pregnancy in March 2022, posting a photo of a scan to Instagram, captioned: “I know I’ve been very quiet for the past few months so I thought I’d share with y’all why… I’m thrilled to announce I’m going to be a mom. Saying I’m happy isn’t enough. I’m thrilled!”
Wilson shared a different scan image in May 2022.
The couple had confirmed their relationship a few months earlier, on Valentine’s Day, with Kelly saying, “After 23 years of friendship, I can’t believe where we’ve come to! You’re my best friend, my soul. sister and I’m so deeply in love I love you Sidney George Wilson.”
Sharon Osbourne also shared her happiness about her daughter’s pregnancy when it was announced, writing on Instagram, “My (heart) couldn’t be fuller. So excited to share the beautiful journey ahead with you. “
Kelly’s brother, Jack Osbourne, also has four children.
