Man argues with Home Depot employees and crashes into store

A Galloway Township man is facing charges after he allegedly intentionally crashed his van into the Egg Harbor Township Home Depot after arguing with employees.
The scene took place just before 9 p.m. Wednesday night at the Black Horse Pike and Tower Avenue store.
According to Egg Harbor Township police, 36-year-old Joseph Kehoe was involved in a “verbal altercation with employees” at the store.
He then exited the store, entered his vehicle in the parking lot, and shortly thereafter drove the vehicle directly through the loading bay doors and into the company’s self-checkout area. Kehoe then fled the scene in his vehicle and was later arrested after turning himself in to the Atlantic City Police Department.
One person inside the store was injured in the crash.
Kehoe, who drove a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, was charged with multiple criminal offenses and motor vehicle violations, including aggravated assault and causing or risking extensive injury or damage.
Kehoe was housed at the Atlantic County Justice Center.
The public is reminded that charges are charges and everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
