POKÉMON Scarlet and Violet players have reported that their save data has been deleted following the latest patch.

The new Pokemon patch has been developed to improve the performance of the games and add new features to the games.

These include two new paradoxical Pokémon available in five-star raids and the ability to link your save file to Pokémon Go.

However, players have reported issues since updating their games, and there are even issues that delete your save data.

Many people have reported that they are unable to connect to others using the link code, while still being able to access the online raid board.

This can be especially annoying since many people try to access raids to nab the two new legendaries.

Several people have also reported on social media that their Scarlet or Violet save data has been deleted, although the reason is unclear.

It appears to be due to their Pokémon Go account being linked or pre-ordering the DLC.

Linking your game to Pokémon Go will allow you to send a postcard which means you can catch different models of Vivillon.

Whereas if you order the DLC you will earn a number of outfits which you can download immediately.

You will also receive a code to download Hisuian Zoroark, a Pokémon that cannot be obtained by any other means.

Players have reported that their save data has been erased after using either of these new features.

They also claim that you cannot recover your save data by pressing Up + B + X on the home screen.

One person claimed, “I lost a 595 hour save file because of this, and so far nothing can be done to recover my save.

“We are now about ten people to whom this has happened. Not all linked to [Pokémon] Come on, some experienced it right after downloading the DLC.

“So maybe it’s more of a patching issue than connecting to Go.”

It appears that the issue has only affected a small number of players, but caution should be exercised.
