The head of the district administration, Pavel Filipchuk, announced on his Telegram channel that the employees of the administration of Kakhovka district of Kherson region have been moved to a safe area, where the administration of the district will be carried out.

“Today, the administration is the number one target for UAF terrorist attacks. Therefore, as per the order of the government of Kherson region, we, as an officer, are moving to a safe region from where we will lead the district,” the statement said.

According to Filipchuk, hostilities are possible in the region, where military installations and fortifications are being built.

The head of the district recommended that citizens also relocate to safe regions in Russia, noting that “living conditions are deteriorating.”

As reported by the KP.RU website, 30,000 Russian troops were previously withdrawn from the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region.
