WSAW to broadcast Milwaukee Bucks games in central Wisconsin

WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – The Milwaukee Bucks are returning to broadcast television in central Wisconsin as part of a new agreement with Gray Television stations WSAW and CW.

Viewers can watch the CW on 7.4 and 34.1 or 34.10 over the air. The CW is channel 4 on Spectrum, channel 10 on Solarus and channel 41 on TDS. DirecTV customers will find the channel on 34. It’s also channel 10 on Dish Network.

WSAW and CW will have 10 over-the-air Bucks games this season, beginning on Friday, Feb. 23, when the Bucks play at the Minnesota Timberwolves. WSAW and CW are part of the newly announced broadcast package in Wisconsin from Weigel Broadcasting Co.’s WMLW The M in Milwaukee.

The games were previously made available for local over-the-air distribution as part of the NBA’s agreement with Diamond Sports Group, the owner of Bally Sports Wisconsin.

  • Friday, March 1 at 9p – Bucks vs. Bulls on CW
  • Monday, March 4 at 7p – Bucks vs. Clippers on CW
  • Friday, March 8 at 9p – Bucks vs. Lakers on CW
  • Wednesday, March 20 at 6:30p – Bucks at Celtics on CW
  • Thursday, March 28 at 7p – Bucks vs Pelicans on CW
  • Wednesday, April 3 at 6:30p – Bucks vs Grizzlies on CW
  • Friday, April 5 at 7p – Bucks vs. Raptors on CBS
  • Wednesday, April 10 at 7p – Bucks vs. Magic on CW
  • Friday, April 12 at 7p – Bucks vs. Thunder on CW

The Bucks will utilize their TV broadcast team of Lisa Byington, Marques Johnson and Steve Novak, with Melanie Ricks reporting from the sidelines for these 10 games.
